We stand behind our services and products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or services provided by mutual agreement we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
If you have purchased a consultancy service and we did not schedule the meeting yet, we can issue you a refund upon request. Refund for consultancy service is not possible after the online/offline meeting is scheduled since the consultant’s time is reserved.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our digital product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
